3H Home Rentals is a family-owned and operated property management company. We are 4th, 5th, and 6th generation Houstonians with a passion for helping families find safe, affordable places to call home for the last 20+ years. We own all the rentals in our portfolio, so everything from leasing to repairs are handled faster than most other management companies out there since we make all decisions for our properties directly.

We have decades of experience and deep roots in the real estate industry, especially in residential rentals, and we operate with the utmost integrity and honesty. Dee, our real estate broker and leasing expert, has over 20 years of experience in the Houston real estate market. She helped Don, her father and the founder of 3H Home Rentals, acquire all of the properties in our portfolio. She also works with a handful of other clients, both investors and families alike, to find just the right fit when it comes to property in the Greater Houston area. Dee will be your point of contact throughout the leasing, renewal, and move-out process. She also handles evictions as well. Her intimate knowledge of the Texas property code and real estate contracts makes her an invaluable part of our team, and a terrific resource to you, our tenants, as well!

Emily is our main point of contact for current tenants, and she runs most of the day-to-day operations in regard to repairs/maintenance and accounting. She has a background in business. Before coming over to 3H she worked for a small business in Cypress doing tax and bookkeeping. Her prior experience as a property manager and a small business owner make her a strong asset to our team. She is dedicated to helping you solve your rental problems quickly and efficiently!
