Dee, our real estate broker and leasing expert, has over 20 years of experience in the Houston real estate market. She will be your point of contact throughout the leasing, renewal, and move-out processes. She also handles evictions as well. Her intimate knowledge of the Texas property code and real estate contracts makes her an invaluable part of our team, and a terrific resource to you, our tenants, as well!

Emily is our main point of contact for current tenants, and she runs most of the day-to-day operations in regard to repairs/maintenance and accounting. She has a background in property management and tax. Before coming over to 3H she worked for a small business in Cypress doing personal tax returns and bookkeeping. Her proven experience as a property manager and her strong administrative and accounting skills make her a strong asset to our team. She is dedicated to helping you solve your issues and answer your questions quickly and thoroughly!
